Breathing Beyond Grief & Loss
A special 9D Breathwork Journey
On October 15th at 7:00 PM, we gather at Sacred Roots Wellness Centre to honor the memory of a beautiful young soul taken far too soon — and to support all who carry grief in their hearts.
This 9D Breathwork journey is not limited to the loss of a loved one. It holds space for every kind of grief — the end of a relationship, loss of health, changes in life direction, or the weight of collective sorrow. Through breath, sound, and guided release, you will be gently supported in moving through emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, and regret, into acceptance, love, and renewal.
Together, we breathe beyond grief — into connection, compassion, and peace.
